Terms and conditions of registration in Helffulck Crowdfunding Platform:
1- Age limit:
Only people aged 18 years or above can register.
2- Verification:
The artist has to submit proper documents to verify their identity, age, and other details, such as Aadhaar card, PAN card, etc.
3- Content rules:
The content uploaded by the artist must not contain any objectionable, illegal, or copyright infringing content.
4- Compliance with platform rules:
The artist must abide by the terms and conditions of the platform, which includes their policy, copyright policy, and privacy policy.
5- Content ownership:
The artist has to ensure that they are only uploading content that they own, or for which they have proper permission to use.
6- Violation of rules: If the artist violates the rules of the platform, their account may be suspended or terminated.
7- Contact Information:
The artist must provide his correct contact information.
8- Data Security:
The artist must read the privacy policy of the platform to ensure the security of his data on the platform. If anyone uses the artist’s data from the platform’s website, the platform will not be responsible for it.
9- I declare that I have filled all the information in the registration form of helffulck Crowdfunding Platform truthfully. If any wrong information or any fact is wrong, then I myself will be responsible for it.
10- I have read the above terms and conditions of the platform carefully and I fully agree with them.
