    Following are the terms and conditions for users (applicants) of the Helffulck crowdfunding platform:
    1. Eligibility:
    - Age: The applicant must be at least 18 years of age.
    - Legally Competent: The applicant must be legally capable of entering into a contract.
    - Residence:
    The applicant must be a resident of India.
    2. Type of Project:
    - The project must fit into the categories specified by the helffulck crowdfunding platform.
    - The project must follow legal and ethical standards.
    3. Project Description:
    - The applicant must provide a clear, true and complete description of the project.
    - Fund Use Plan:
    It is necessary to give a clear description of how the funds will be used by the applicant.
    4. Funding Goal:
    - It is necessary to set a minimum and maximum funding goal.
    - If the applicant does not achieve the goal, a policy on how the funds will be returned must be made clear.
    5. Use of Funds:
    - The funds received by the applicant must be used only for the purpose of the project.
    - The applicant must use the funds within the timeframes specified by the platform.
    6. Transparency and Reporting:
    - The applicant must provide regular updates to the supporters on the progress of the project and the use of funds.
    - The applicant must comply with any reporting requirements specified on the helffulck crowdfunding platform.
    7. Legal Compliance:
    - The applicant must comply with all local, national and international laws.
    - The applicant must respect intellectual property rights.
    8. Fees and Charges:
    - The applicant must understand and agree to the fees and charges (1.5% of the project funds payable) applied by the helffulck crowdfunding platform.
    - The applicant must understand the fee structure depending on the success or failure of the project.
    9. Risk Disclosure:
    - The applicant must inform the supporters about any potential risks associated with the project.
    - The applicant must not make any false, untrue or factual claims.
    10. Responsibilities towards supporters:
    - The applicant must provide rewards and incentives on time.
    - The applicant must resolve supporters' queries and complaints.
    11. Cancellation of project:
    - If the applicant needs to cancel the project for any reason, he must follow the policies of helffulck crowd funding platform and inform the supporters.
    12- I declare that I have filled all the information in the registration form of helffulck Crowd funding Platform correctly. If any wrong information or any fact is wrong, then I myself will be responsible for it.
    13- I have read the above terms and conditions of the platform carefully and I fully agree with them.
