Terms & Conditions for Investors in Helffulck Crowdfunding Platform – 1. Introduction – These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) set out the conditions under which you use and invest in this crowdfunding platform . Please read carefully. 2.Use of Helffulck Crowdfunding Platform- – The Helffulck Crowdfunding Platform may only be used by individuals aged 18 years or older. – The User must create an account and provide the required information to use the Platform. 3. Investment Process- – Before investing, the User is required to read and understand all the information on the projects presented. – All investments are to be made only through the Helffulck Crowdfunding Platform and the investment amount must exceed the minimum threshold of $-19.99 (or in multiples of ₹-1000/-). 4. Risks and Liability- – Investing in Helffulck Crowd funding Platform may be risky at times and may result in full or partial loss of the invested amount. – Helffulck Crowd funding Platform does not provide any guarantee of any kind to any investor nor does it guarantee the return on investment. – The investor will be held responsible for any investment decision. 5. Fees and Charges- – Helffulck Crowd funding Platform may charge 1.5% annual fee for investment. Fee information will be provided before investment. – Any applicable charges will be deducted from the investor’s account. 6. Privacy Policy- – Helffulck Crowd funding Platform is committed to protecting the investor’s personal information. Data will be used as per the information given in the Privacy Policy. – Personal information will not be shared with any third party without the investor’s consent, except as required by law. 7. TERMINATION – – Helffulck Crowdfunding Platform reserves the right to terminate the Investor’s account at any time and without prior notice if these T&Cs are violated by the Investor. – The Investor can close his account at any time but in case of ongoing investments he must reach completion. 8. Effect and Amendments – – These T&Cs will take effect after being posted on the Helffulck Crowdfunding Platform. – Helffulck Crowdfunding Platform has the right to amend the T&Cs at any time and without notice, in accordance with government laws and policies. The amended T&Cs will be posted on the Platform. 9. Dispute Resolution – – In case of any dispute, the investor and helffulck Crowdfunding Platform will make every effort to resolve the dispute through negotiation as far as possible. – If the dispute is not resolved through negotiation, the matter may be taken to court. 10. Effective Law – – These T&Cs of Helffulck Crowdfunding Platform will be subject to and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. 11- I declare that I have filled all the information in the registration form of helffulck Crowdfunding Platform truthfully. If any wrong information or any fact is wrong, then I myself will be responsible for it. 12- I have read the above terms and conditions of the platform carefully and I fully agree with them.
